THE POLISH ART GALLERY, ROTTERDAM.
‘Rotterdam made’ is the god given name we (The Rotterdam made crew) decided to call our little experimental exhibition. A wonderful micromacro universal creature show.
Exposed in a beautiful Polish art gallery in the center of Rotterdam, The Netherlands, yes ! it’s true.
The Rotterdam made crew are: Quint Hartmann, Tym& Visser, Robert Rosenau and Adi khavous (Adida fallen angel).
The idea start (if my memory serves me right…!?!) When Tym& and I had a discussion about when and how we are going to finally work together and show our box of tricks. Tym& dropped a bomb saying he can get us two weeks of expo space in a very cool gallery in town, ‘Lest do it!’ I say, ‘ we need more people’ spoke De Ty-man ‘Lets get Robert & Quint !’. And before night falls the Rotterdam crew was born. Personally I love those guys, simply because they are super cool souls and they drop wicked Artwork, I known this crew for a few years now and I always wanted to hook up a show with them, we all skate, listen deeply to music and see the world from a street style point of view, up front and personal. I hope this mega candy loveboat of freakiness cool tools will play again soon.
The expo was at the same time as that the VANS WORLD SKATEBOARDING CHAMPIONSHIP was in town, how convenient!!? Great show, super stylish tricks. We all had super fun making our expo and I do believe we even sold some art. I know I did! Never done that before..
